Canvas, simplified

Starting in Fall 2023, CCS enabled all Elementary schools (K-5) in the district to have what is called Elementary View turned on for their students. Canvas Elementary View is a feature within Canvas that makes the student experience a bit more simplified for younger scholars.

In this feature, some of the titles for buttons you may be used to have changed, but the functionality is the same. For example, instead of calling courses "Courses" in the standard Canvas view, they're called "Subjects" in the Elementary View.
